Job Responsibilities

Position: Lead HRIS Analyst, Great Lakes Cheese Co. Inc., Hiram, OH.  


Duties: Act as the subject matter expert on HRIS projects and implementation for all company segments and locations.  Identify potential issues, which may impede delivering on business requirements, bringing those issues to the attention of the HRIS Manager and driving to resolution to obtain business results.  Lead change management efforts including developing and/or working with third parties to develop documentation materials.  Perform data analysis to influence change to workforce planning and total rewards programs.  Create and upkeep workflow charts for the HR System processes. Keep up to date with trends in HRIS to recommend improvements and upgrades.  Collaborate cross-functionally to promote data governance and stewardship, resulting in improved overall strategic and operational performance and insight.  Identify potential issues, which may impede delivering on business requirements, bringing those issues to the attention of the project sponsor and driving to resolution to obtain business results.  Configure new users for the system and define user access levels for the various modules of the system.  Train new users and provide Technical Support to both HR and associates. Perform ongoing release management, including leading semi-annual system updates.  Support weekly payroll processing through SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).  Responsible for Success Factors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll process analysis, design and simulation, with a focus on process improvement, quality improvement & re-engineering opportunities.  Support of other HRIS support systems and import/export/integrations, including evaluation of third party software to integrate with core HRIS solution.  Responsible for the implementation of additional HRIS modules. Responsible for performing advanced configuration and development of program specifications required to meet the project objectives or provide direction to other analyst to make such changes.  Ensure that security measures are in place to safeguard information from accidental or unauthorized damage or access during integration process with other software programs.  Perform configuration of SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and addresses support tickets and improvements of the SAP ECP software.  Test configuration changes in the support environment and ensure transports between various lower and upper environments remain active, includes refreshing the test environments.


Requirements: Master’s Degree in Computer or Information Systems or related field; 5 years of experience in HRIS Analysis; 5 years of experience troubleshooting systems; 5 years of experience providing technical support, administration, and testing; 2 years of experience maintaining HRIS (SuccessFactors) including Employee Central; 4 years of experience analyzing organization datasets; 2 years of experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP); 2 years of experience with SAP CPI and SuccessFactors Integration Center; 1 year of experience creating analytics with SAP SAC and People Analytics; 2 years of experience debugging basic programming issues (ABAP and SQL); 2 years of experience with SAP IAS/IPS; 1 year of experience in change management.
