Job Responsibilities
- Researching accounting principles and writing documentation regarding application to our company’s accounting practices.
- Preparing and entering general journal entries.
- Performing monthly account reconciliations.
- Performing daily revenue billings.
- Performing Outside Storage Reconciliations.
- Participate in monthly plant cost center reviews.
- Assisting with month end closings and financial reports.
- Interns/Co-ops will contribute to the day-to-day activities and special projects for GLC
- Key deliverables will depend on the candidate skills and capabilities
- Collaborate with multiple levels of Finance organization on projects when applicable
- Lead efforts to ensure platform sustainability and accuracy
- Support AP with invoice entry or OCR corrections.
- All GLC interns are expected to perform any assignment or job task according to the stated safety policies and procedures.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Required Education and Experience
- Current college student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or related field.
- Year in school: Incoming Sophomore/Junior/ or Senior.
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be legally authorized to work for a company in the U.S. without sponsorship both now and in the future.

- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, able to work well independently.
